Persons who for one or another reason are in financial need and who can demonstrate to be descendants of Mr. Cornelis Mulock or of Isabella Oostdijck, can submit a request to this foundation for assistance.
For consideration can be laon or a single or periodic payment, for those who receive social assistance, do not have assets, or for other reasons, find themselves in financial need.
